About a year ago I filed a claim for hail damage with my insurance company. They did give me some money but not enough to cover the full costs of what they body repair shop quoted. With the money I ended up going to some guy on FB for repairs. It was like a buddy hook up, not official or anything.
Fast forward to now and my insurance is asking for receipts and I have nothing to validate repairs or what not.
Am I officially cooked and in some legal trouble?
