So I paid my loans up to current last Thursday. It took until today to remove the money from my bank account. However, on Mohela the my account still shows the balance due and there is nothing in my payment history. Is this amount of time to process normal? Will I see my account up to current tomorrow?

It can def take the full 4 business days
There have been a slew of posts in the last week citing payment processing issues with MOHELA going back to August 29th. It sounds like you might be caught in the middle of that mess, but if the money left your bank today I’d keep an eye on it since the ACH payment should finish processing in the next couple of days
