Okay obviously these are bad habits and a true frugal would just stop but some small changes I done I saved so much.

So I was drinking a 2 ltr Coke Zero a day averaging £2 a bottle sometimes more honestly so £60 and I went to Aldi I got there off brand stuff and it tastes 95% as good honestly and it’s 50p and a x4 saving so saving £45 and only spending now £15 a month which is a shocking saving I just can’t justify buying Coke Zero now when it’s so much more x4 at least sometimes more.

I was thinking of adding caffeine powder or something to my water as it’s the caffeine I like but then I thought I could just use tea bags maybe cold green tea bagged water be nice and get that caffeine hit and be a lot cheaper too not crazy saving but guess I’d never run out and better for environment

Snus I was spending 195 on snus £6.5 and going through one a day I just order online now and get it for £2.5 each so saving £120 and literally getting the same product just a ridiculous saving.

Obviously £75 is still a lot and could easily half that if I went a bit slower and made one last 2 days I guess.

I’m new to this sub and I know these aren’t great habits but wanted to share and hear peoples stories 🙂

2 Small changes Coke Zero and SNUS £255 – £90 a month What small changes have helped you but kept you still doing same thing ?

    1. I have no idea what a snus is, but you’re not going to get any caffeine (or flavour) from sticking tea bags in cold water (or, as you delightfully put it, by tea bagging your water). Make your iced tea the regular way.

Just buy an OmniFizz and syrups to replace drinks, and caffeine pills.

Bulk nicotine vape juice is also way cheaper than sinus!

Seconding caffeine pills. If the 200 mcg dose is too much at once, cut them in half with a pill splitter.
