I challenged myself to go zerowaste for a month no plastic bags, no singleuse straws, refilled shampoo bottles, and cooked more from bulk. Some swaps ended up costing more others saved me money (like cutting out packaged snacks). It wasn’t perfect but it really made me rethink habits I didn’t notice before. Some changes stuck others I couldn’t wait to drop. Anyone else tried something like this or thought about it?

Little bit more detail on how the month went? If truly zero waste, what was easy what was hard. ECT
Tracking calories and tracking my protein intake, if something I was defrosting was more than I was gonna need for my intake for the day, I saved the scraps and used it for another meal
