Wall Street fund managers are piling back into equities, even as the economic backdrop turns shakier.

    Bank of America's latest Global Fund Manager Survey, released Tuesday, showed global equity allocations for September rose to a seven-month high.

    1. Yes . Buy. When fed cuts at ATH historically indexes are up 100% of the time a year later with average return of 15%

    2. This could last for multiple years yet.

      Stocks were pumping in 1997, 3 years before the dotcom crash.
