Starting a supply business

So i have been thinking of starting a supply business as a 20 year old, i need to know who to approach companies, any other way than email and face to face meeting and any suggestions how to be unique to them and add more value to yourself. And how to do the pricing, for example if a unit cost me 10 usd, what should be the asking price/ what should be my profit margin ?
