How far over asking do you start with an offer?

How far over asking do you start with an offer? Showings for a home I am interested start today. It was listed a couple days ago and has garnered a lot of interest on Zillow. It’s listed at 185k. If I like it I was thinking to offer 195k, request they include the kitchen appliances, no concessions. Is this reasonable or should I go a smidge higher? Any decent homes in my market are getting picked up quick while others sit for months, so I’d like to give myself a fair shot if I like it after seeing it today. TIA
