T-boned a guy that didnt yield at a 2 way stop sign. State trooper report with fault assigned to other driver and a witness on record.
A little over two weeks have passed and absolutely nothing from insurance. We have the same company, but I only filed under his. I have 5 cars; only liability and they are treating me like a complete douche. Wtf is going on here?
I am fortunate that I don’t “need” the car but it seems so scammy for people without the most premium of insurance to get anything done.
Will my car even be covered if this guy continues to evade contact? Is that all it takes?
Driver won’t answer phone from insurance, so I’m screwed?

You can be preemptive and just sue him in small claims, that might spur sudden cooperation. Otherwise, yes, they may be able to deny coverage to him for not cooperating, depends on the state and the other evidence.
Was there a police report at least?
But if they were to deny him, he would be on his own with no insurance to back him up when you sue him.
Likely since you both have the same company and you don’t have collision they we try to split blame and partially pay you out
