Managing projects as a small team can get messy fast too many tools, constant meetings, and tasks slipping through the cracks. We recently switched to a super minimal tool (Breeze) and it was night and day. No more juggling dashboards or endless settings just clear boards, tasks everyone actually updates, and way less admin overhead. Curious if other founders have had the same ‘less really is more’ experience?

Agree – tool overload is real. I’ve seen clients juggling 5+ apps and it kills productivity. When things get simpler, people actually use them. What made Breeze click for you specifically?
Always curious what features actually move the needle vs just looking cool.
