what sort of economy would be the most stable and fair for its people?

im like room temperature dumb and have a hard time getting this economy stuff but what sort of economy would benefit the average person most?

Im talking all basic needs fulfilled (food, shelter, electricity, water, healthcare) while still granting them disposable income. As far as i know the best sounding situation would be an economy controlled by the workers with means of production and such tho i might be wrong
