Ive been selected as sub contractor for a contractor. They’re asking for a description in the certificate, does this make sense? The insurer doesnt want to include umbrella in the description of operations.

basis with respects to General Liability,Automobile Liability and Umbrella Liability Poli-

cies as required by written contract. General Liability policy included Completed Opera-

tions. Waivers of Subrogation apply to the General Liability, Automobile Liability, Um-

brella Liability and Workers Compensation policies as required by written contract.
