Big earnings report for big tech coming next week. Microsoft, Google, and Meta are scheduled to report on Wednesday; Apple and Amazon follow on Thursday.

All five–along with Nvidia and Broadcom–have beaten EPS estimates for each of the last 8 quarters. But will they beat by enough to satisfy the street, which often has higher "whisper numbers" because of how consistently they beat?

Tesla, which reported last Wednesday, missed again on EPS. In the last 8 quarters, it has had 1 beat, 1 in line, and 6 misses.

    1. Google is going to shred earnings. Google at <30 P/E and Tesla at (double checks) 300 is proof that the stock market is irrational

    2. It’s more like mag 6, broadcom soon to dump and drooling for people to realise Tesla is an auto company. Got popcorn for the panic

    3. One of these things is not like the others

One of these things doesn’t belong

Can you tell which thing is not like the other

By the time we finish our song?

    4. As long as Investors are willing to ignore Capex and ROI, Mag 7 is going to continue deliver exceptional results. People tend to forget the Capex investment from Meta, which they’ll depreciate over next 5 years, is a revenue for NVDA today. In other words, Meta is borrowing money from future to pay NVDA today and will continue to do so as long as they are rewarded for it. But they are getting worried. That’s why they (MSFT, Meta etc) are putting a big chunk of their investment via SPV to keep stuff off the balance sheet. The debtors to SPV are in for some wild reckoning pretty soon.

This post is misleading, just because it beat doesn’t mean the stock went up after earnings

Continue temporarily to beat and then the price will drop because it’s already priced it. 🤔

Avgo seems to be overvalued they are growing but not fast enough for a 90 pe and 1.6T market cap 🤷‍♀️

I think they’ll beat- they’re just exchanging money among themselves anyways how can you lose lol

    9. The concept of Tesla stock and its hype are likely more than just being an automaker. (Ai, robotics, spaceX, starlink, etc)

Though its revenue is heavily based on the automaker and solar.
