Everywhere I look it’s build your personal brand. Even side hustles that used to be simple now want you to post 24/7. I used to love the grind but lately I just feel drained by all the noise.

I’m craving something that makes money in the background. No followers, no look at me crap. Anyone here actually manage to build income that doesn’t rely on being online all the time?

Anyone else feel allergic to content creation now?

Sometimes the online grind just burns you out. You can still make money quietly with stuff like automated tools or products that sell while you sleep. It takes work up front but then you get time back.

If you want income that doesnt need constant posting Think about breaking the work into tiny tasks that stack over time. With Methods app you can browse programs pick a video task follow the guidelines upload and get instant payout. The workflow is simple and you dont need a massive audience. I usually set it up with Viddy or ClipChamp too just to see what pops in terms of short term opportunities. Its a low maintenance way to stay active without burning out

    3. I’m a millennial. Born in 85 and lived through the 90s meaning I had all the tools from day 1 and used them. My whole generation is burned out to fuck! We all want a quiet space away from socials, the hustle and grind.

I worked in sales hustle culture my whole career  and left LinkedIn years ago because it’s full of bullshit people. I launched my own startup in sales training – personal, human, zero AI and it requires zero online presence. I litterally go out to networking events and bag 2-5 clients a time. 😜

    4. Seriously, I get that. It feels like everyone’s trying to be an influencer these days, and it’s exhausting. Building a brand takes time, but constantly posting just to stay relevant? It’s a massive drain. ive been there. I used to feel that grind, but now I mostly just want things that make money quietly in the background. No need for followers or attention.

One thing that’s worked for me is focusing on services that don’t require constant online presence. think about things like setting up automated email sequences, or creating templates for common tasks. Once you build them… they run themselves. its not glamorous, but it’s reliable. And honestly, the less you’re glued to your phone, the better. Don’t get caught in the comparison trap. focus on building a system that works for you, not what you think you should be doing.

    5. You can run a successful ecomm business that just relies on google ads/shopping and instagram ads.. There are so many successful businesses doing this. Ignore the fake advice.

    6. Let’s say you’re making £100k a year, but working 80 hours a week if you include all the hours you’re pumping into social media. That’s around £25/hr.

What if you’re making £50k a year, but only working 15 hours a week direct with clients. You find your clients through paid routes (ads, registers). Now you’re on £65/hr.

The question now is, how much do you value money, and how much do you need/want. And how much do you value free time, and how much do you need/want.
