    1. Daily visitors don’t equal paying customers. you’re likely losing users to friction. it’s not about attracting more, it’s about optimizing the current flow.

stop assuming they ‘get’ your app’s core value. what’s the biggest hurdle preventing them from using it daily? it’s probably a confusing onboarding or a lack of immediate value. start by asking them what’s stopping them from achieving their goal wiht your app.

don’t ask if they “like” it. focus on the actual pain point they’re trying to solve. then, build one tiny feature that directly addresses that pain, documented with a clear call to action. if they’re using it daily after two weeks, then consider scaling.

if not, you’ve built the wrong thing.

    2. Evaluate your sales funnel!

Try and get all the statistics of where people are bouncing.

Abandoned carts? Or they are not even reaching the cart?

By knowing that, you can nail what to fix first.

It sounds like you’ve built a promising product and gained some initial traction organically, which is a great start. I recently joined a Discord community for entrepreneurs and startup founders where members share strategies, provide feedback on projects, and support each other through challenges like improving conversions, marketing, and scaling.

Many members have experience with web apps and can offer practical advice on optimising user experience, improving onboarding flows, and driving engagement. If you’re interested, I can share the invite link so you can see if it might be useful for your next steps.

    4. Hey, congrats on getting daily visitors already! Maybe try tweaking your landing page or adding a clear CTA to see if that helps with conversions.

if people visit but don’t convert it’s almost always a messaging or trust issue, check what they see in the first 5 seconds, does it instantly tell them what problem you solve and why it matters, add a simple demo or social proof right on the landing page, then set up a short email capture or free trial, once you fix that, drive traffic from reddit or niche communities where your users hang, those early engaged visitors will convert way better than random ones

This can be due to many reasons. you might not be getting the right audience for your product. or the positioning is off
