Smart to ask before building. Biggest early bottleneck isn’t tech, it’s finding a problem people will pay for. In the next 7 days, do 10 short calls with one niche, capture their exact words, then try to pre-sell 3 spots at $49 for a simple solution. Which niche will you run those 10 calls with?
The only skill you REALLY need is hiring. If you can hire incredible people, they’ll run the business for you
