Pretty much the title. I have some milk to use up and I like having some snacks in the freezer. The only thing I have in mind are blueberry muffins, though they don't use much milk. Is there anything similar that you like? Preferably things that can be easily divided and frozen in single serve amounts (like muffins)?
I'm really not sure what else to say, just trying to hit that character limit because I would appreciate some ideas.
Recipes That Freeze Well, using Milk?

Popsicles, pancakes, quick bread, white lasagna, mac&cheese, quiche, any creamy soup, icecream
Quiche freezes well. The standard ratio per serving is 1 large egg and 1/2 cup of milk.
I’d recommend cross posting to r/cookingforbeginners for ideas. When I have a lot of milk, I generally make rice pudding or flan (if I also have eggs), but those would be more of a fridge storage situation. The obvious answer is, of course, ice cream.
Savory options could include cheese sauces, cream based soups, or you can also just freeze the milk in ice cube tray and then pop out cubes as needed.
A soup, maybe broccoli cheddar

these waffles freeze really well: https://www.marthastewart.com/338522/waffles
Quiche including individual ones , banana bread or muffins, I also regularly freeze buttermilk in the amount needed for a recipe I use it for so I think it would also work for milk.
Milk freezes well on its own. If you don’t think you’ll like the taste or texture afterward you can freeze it in portions to use in recipes.
You can freeze them in ice cube trays to use in iced coffee/tea, smoothies, or use however many for your recipe. I do this and use them to make Mac and cheese from a box since we often don’t use milk fast enough and don’t replace it right away either.
Milk goes clearish and yellow when frozen. Yes, it looks weird. It’s fine to eat though. I got a 1/3 c ice tray and measure 1/4 c into each one so I just grab one whenever I need one.
Another idea is to turn it into ricotta, which can then be added to savoury muffins/scones, frittata/quiche, spinach and ricotta pastries, etc
I don’t know if you are just wanting snacky things or want other ideas. I like to stock up on Knorr noodles when they are on sale for a dollar or less. Several varieties use milk. They are easy to make. I add some kind of protein and package individual servings to make my own frozen microwave meals. If you don’t have that much Tupperware, you can even freeze servings in freezer bags and thaw out a serving as needed.
Frozen waffles have become a staple in my house i make batches of 20 or 30 at a time and they pop on the toaster from Frozen for super easy breakfast and are way better then the store bought shrinkflation Styrofoam they are selling in the freezer section now
Not sure how much milk you have to use, but I replace the water in boxed cake recipes with milk. Don’t remember where I learned it, but once you start making them with milk, you won’t switch back. You can make cupcakes or cut up a cake and freeze slices. I kinda like eating the cake half frozen (with either powdered sugar or frosting), but they also defrost perfectly (frosted or unfrosted).
There are from scratch recipes as well, but not as fast and easy.
