So I'm too tired to stay standing after work and to cook majority of the time.

    I'd like:

Things that you can just dump and bake/rice cook, or dump and eat.
Things add up in calories cuz I need to gain.
Things that are more on the wet food side, I don't like too heavy or dry cuz those take me longer to eat in my timed breaks.

    Ingredients I like:

Rice, I have microwaveable sticky rice, and jasmine rice for my rice cooker.
Edamame, prob one of the only beans I like.
Muesli cereal, they feel a bit much and heavy some morning but I like to soup em up if they're too thick.
Noodles, ramen or noodles like indomie and lucky me. Or buttered noodles.
Eggs, scrambled, soft boiled, pouched, sunnyside, overeasy… hard boiled is too dry for me unless I mix it with mayo.
    Mashed potatoes with gravy.
    Corn.
Cooked leaves, the only veggies I like are spinach, bok choy, broccoli, any other leaves but they gotta be steamed or cooked.
Mangoes and avocado (avocado hurts my tummy sometimes so its a bit heavy for me at times).
For protein I love chicken and salmon.. when they aren't on the dry side.

But feel free to add other ingredients if they are an option for a meal

I use my instant pot all the time. Literally put a meat in the pressure cooker and you can put rice or pasta in the pot in pot method and cook from frozen in 30 mins. Also check out sheetpan meals.

Curry, you can get curry paste and coconut milk, rice, and any and every veggie you’d like. Add any Protein, if you want to. I like the Japanese curry Golden curry, it’s usually around 4-5$. I use a use a whole can of coconut milk. It can last the two of us 3-6 days. Depending on how much Veggi and rice we add.

Casseroles – any flavor or mix you have can be a casserole.

      Sheppard pie/pot pies.
