    1. It’s difficult to find truly reliable employees. The good ones are usually taken by larger companies that can afford higher salaries, or they choose to work independently as freelancers.

      For me, a good employee is someone who is a genuine problem-solver — someone who goes beyond the basic task, can troubleshoot issues without needing everything over-explained, and can deliver results even if the task isn’t directly within their past experience. When you assign them something, you know it will get done.

      When you don’t have people like that, you’re forced to reject clients to maintain quality. You also end up pausing your advertising when you’re too busy, and as we all know, pausing ads causes the cost per acquisition to rise. The platform’s AI goes back into a learning phase once the ads are switched on again, and it becomes a loop that’s hard to break.

      I’m currently working on solving this problem. I’ve tried agencies and individuals who claimed they could help, but unfortunately, I haven’t seen any real results yet.
