    1. That’s not reliable picture.
You need serious realtor to put it on mls with all proven record unless you tryna get something fucked up from Facebook marketplace with non-conforming lot.
      My just honest opinion.

      Probably a hot take but…

I work in affordable housing and these flagpole lots are actually great. Helps with infill density while still encouraging single family housing. They’re a great way to build more sustainable dense neighborhoods without needing ugly townhomes or multi family units. I get it’s not the 40 acres everyone wants but if you want new homes in already urbanized areas, infill density is what has to increase and these are sweet!

Nerd rant over, but it’s rare I see something I actually know a lot about on here lol. That says I’m not sure how buildable that is given offset requirements and stuff. Either way I personally would never pay 75k to watch my neighbor scratch his balls in my backyard, but these are great options for some

    3. That’s not so unusual in that part of the country, lots of moderate or large lots get split that way, along with usually easement for driveway but apparently a land strip in this case.

    4. My pops and I are in the closing sets to developing a cold-y-sack on land in his back yard. My house was 30k from being fully paid off, now it’s got a 250k heloc maxed against it. He is about 600k in.

Racing against fucking time to get these lots sold and aiming at pretty much breaking even cuz we both think shit will tank.

    5. I get offers to buy my back yard in the mail almost every week. Out of curiosity I called the number and they wanted to pay 10% of its value.

    6. Oh, you laugh, but my next door neighbor did this shit and lemme tell you it’s great to have a McMansion squatting behind your house.

Yea he definitely read the article about the 270IQ guy saying BTC is going to 220k in 45 days lol

    8. Ngl, that looks great. I can build a long private driveway and a small low maintenance house.

    9. On second thought… who’s in? Thinking we form a trust that buys the lot to be home for two GIGANTIC BRASS BALLS.

Lol in Sydney Australia that piece of land would sell for over 1.2m AUD or like 780k freedom bucks

    11. Boomers have it all, not only houses & equity, but being able to sell your backyard?!?! 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

    12. that guy didn’t put enough rocket ships next to his DD posts – that’s what happens. more rocket ships or you can’t yolo to space and you’ve gotta sell your backyard.

    13. legally though i wonder if you’re allowed to do this – i mean what is that person allowed to build there? another house? a little shack to bang the guy’s wife in? can i grow my marijuana there? the sweetest dankest buds. i hope they’re church people.

    14. This is super common in the country I’m from, maybe also due to house prices being fucked but we just call it sub dividing your properties block.

    15. This is what happened in Melbourne Australia. City lots are all subdivided into 2-4 lots with access easement on the side.
