I'm in the US and not from the US. I was told that Thanksgiving sales in the US are usually about retails, not groceries. However, I also see posts where people talk about stockpiling food at Thanksgiving because of the discount.
So I am posting to ask: where (online) can I find Thanksgiving sales for food items in bulk? Things such as beans, olive oil, tofu, perhaps frozen meat, fermented food, etc. Thank you!

Not sure you’ll find a lot of online options but generally the local grocers have good deals on flour, canned goods, sugar, potatoes, butter, etc. Turkey usually goes up in the week before Thanksgiving but there are still deals to be found. Definitely worth stocking up on some basics right now.
