I use rubber bumpers (sold in a 120 pack for cabinets at the home improvement stores) for speakers, but the surrounding material is just as good for lower-profile stuff. I replaced the lost bumpers on my laptop with these, and use them between stacks of electronic equipment. They stick just as well as the bumpers thenselves. No waste except for the paper backing!

    1. Yes. These really are useful. I get the furry ones, to place behind doors & cabinets, to absorb the sound. Very helpful, & cheap!
