In the 80s , people thought PCs would replace people, but it spawned all kinds of job titles. This process will be the same for Ai–these machines must be maintained, supported, and upgraded. . Other ancillary beneficiaries will be restaurants, hotels, supply chains, etc. Blue collar jobs will still be around but maybe in a limited capacity. Like the Boomers before then, Generation X will have to be retrained or be left behind living on UBI.
No – i don’t think so, first off, quantuam compute is 25 years away and the art is not in the chip, its in the cooling because quantum compute is HOT like you. So we need anarticia datacenter. Ai is building out at a rapid pace but the entire datacenter industry would need a rebuild because its gonna require new computers that can support that type of techonolgy, the other thing is chat gpt kind sucks of you ask me.
