I was hit on my driver's side after someone ran a red light. It was listed that I didn't contribute to the accident, but can I still expect my insurance premium to go up?

I am currently 18 and was insured of May this year. I live in South Carolina.

    Will my Auto insurance increase?

    1. Gullible-Price-4257 on

I got hit twice in a span of two months, $12k each ($30k total between the two accidents), renewal rate went up 30% with amica.

however, after they finished subrogating the first accident, they rerated the period and excluded the one of the two accidents that hadn’t been excluded and refunded me $250. I had to ask to have that done. I also had pulled my CLUE report to verify both accidents were properly marked (and the older one was not, at the time).

    2. My insurance don’t go up after my first no-fault accident. It did go up after my second no-fault accident, but I did have to claim that one on my insurance because the other driver lied and was uncooperative. She was eventually found to be at fault and my insurance company recouped what they paid, but it was close to a year before that settled.
