Need advice…Have any investors/landlords had success in garnishing wages for unpaid rent after getting a judgement?
Location: Salem County, NJ
Amount owed: $12,100 + court & attorney fees
Situation: late rent from 2nd month on, after 7 months, they just stopped paying

Are they well off?
Do they have a career?
If yes, you have a chance. But someone being evicted isn’t someone with money to be taken. You will likely waste your time and more money chasing them.
Doesn’t sound like they have wages to garnish
