Buyer wants to do his own inspection

I recently received an offer for a house I have listed. The buyer is a contractor himself and wants to do his own inspection, does not require any external inspection, he said he just wants the house as is and will do any repairs and renovations himself. Is this a good thing for us? It’s my first time selling a home so haha I need to learn more!
