FSBOs on average are not as serious about selling their home

These are two different homes not too far from mine in the same neighborhood. I get doing it yourself to save on fees but this is Facebook Marketplace quality posting. The much bigger house in that neighborhood has been on the market 4 months and recently cut their price. If I had an extra 100k lying around I would sell my current one and make that my forever home.

The FSBO house has been listed for 2 months and has zero pictures despite saying they will be uploaded soon. I guess this is why Zillow had FSBO postings on a separate tab for so long.
