I’m hearing new Fed policy is going to be paradigm shift due to deflationary and job cutting AI pressures and will bring more rate cuts than expected. Will be good for growth and small cap companies. RUT already starting to breakaway from other indices aim the last couple weeks

We usually get the same thing at the top. Some kind of news that makes you very excited but we didn't get that. So when we look for markers of a bottom with some kind of bad news we might not get something like that because we didn't get that at the top like we usually do
