That billboard in Times Square is not advertising. It is a law of civilization stated plainly.

“No man should work for what another man can print.”
That is thermodynamics applied to money.

If one group can create monetary units at zero cost, everyone else is forced to trade real time and real energy for something that evaporates. That is entropy, not economics.

      Tesla gave us electrification.
      Shannon gave us information theory.
      Turing gave us computation.
      Bitcoin gives us monetary physics.

A fixed supply system is not politics. It is engineering, like Archimedes discovering leverage or Maxwell formalizing fields. It is money finally obeying the same laws as every other high energy system.

And what does this billboard have to do with Bitcoin?

      Everything.

Your life energy should not be exchanged for something another party can print at infinite scale.
Bitcoin is the first monetary network that removes that asymmetry. It preserves the value of your work with rules no one can alter.

      That is why it matters.

I remember jack mallers saying they were taking over Times Square for a few hours in honor of 21 capital going public today

Who put the ad up and why? How concentrated is the ownership of bitcoin? These are rhetorical questions. Someone is cruising through town and we are holding onto the bumper. Nothing really changes.
