My sister has student loans that were in SAVE deferment. I’m trying to help her see repayment options but nothing works. Mohela nor the fed student loan site seem to be able to show estimated repayment amounts or what repayment options are available?
How to see other repayment plans/change?

When did she first take out loans? Are they all federal student loans? (Aka no parent plus loans).
