Is it still possible to swap crypto without opening an account?

After my experience with Binance freezing my funds and rejecting my KYC, I’ve honestly lost trust in opening accounts anywhere. It made me realize how little control you actually have once funds are inside an exchange.

I’m not trying to trade large amounts, just do simple coin to coin swaps from time to time. I’d rather avoid creating accounts or handing over documents again.

So I’m curious how you guys are handling this now. Are there any trusted channels or services you use to swap coins directly without accounts?!
