Think about that for a second: China installs twice as much solar as the rest of the world.
What happens once they’re saturated?
Even if prices might stabilize right now (and it doesn’t look like they will) there will be massive overproduction and those manufacturers will want to find a way to get their product out the door even if just to reduce storage costs.
So once the Chinese market is saturated we will see a massive flood of super cheap solar panels going onto the global market. And that will fuel a massive expansion of solar that will dwarf even the current accelerated growth of renewables.
