Every search is unique. Sometimes I have people who want me to send them everything and some people will see things faster than I can even respond. It is up to me to understand the needs of my buyers.
What do you mean – how do you interact with a seller? Sounds like you are green agent. You can search on this sub for past posts on choosing agent/what buyer wants from agent etc.. Key word search.
