Sorry if this isn't the right place for this proposal, mods can delete the post. I've seen too many quality people not to give it a try though.
I run a professional gambling consultancy company and I'm looking to see if I can find a partner to help me scale up operations. You do not have to know a thing about gambling and you won't need to invest a cent of your money. The structure including a website and brand new social media presence is built. The modus operandi has been developed after years of experience in the game. My main problem is marketing and integrating all of my countless ideas on scaling and perfecting my operation.
If you aren't familiar with the Visionary/Integrator concept in the book 'Rocket Fuel', I highly suggest you look it up. I'm a typical visionary, I'm full of ideas that I always fail to integrate and turn into reality. I need my integrator, someone to put order in my operations and my Notion spreadsheets. Someone who can integrate my scaling vision and take the business to a new level. I want to focus on what I do best, extracting value from mispriced odds and sportsbook offerings, having to deal with marketing, especially when I have no experience doing that, as well as every other small thing that takes unnecessary amount of my time drives me crazy and I'm willing to give equity in the company to someone with the right skillset.
To get to the most important point, how much you'd be looking at – I've been in this game since 2016 and up until this year I've been solo. Then I was introduced to my biggest competitors who were doing what I was doing… on an industrial scale. They've cleared $40m since Covid, doing exactly what I'm doing, at scale. Being on my own, I can't imagine getting even 10% of that. These guys have 6 employees and a few freelancers working for them. I've been averaging $200k a year roughly with my limited capabilities being completely on my own and I'm pretty confident that with the right partner and just 1-2 VAs, I can cross 7 figures in profit in a year. The % of equity will depend on your expertise and what we manage to agree on.
If you ask me what the ideal partner looks like, it's going to be someone who can crush marketing and client acquisition while sorting out my various ideas by realistic outlook and expected value. I want someone who shares my ambitions and is willing to work tirelessly alongside me. Honestly, even someone with a large social circle or following that isn't a marketer but has Integrator qualities might be a good fit. As you can see by this whole post, I'm not very good at advertising and describing my offer in detail LOL – this is why I need you!
If you're based in the United States and you think you have the skills I'm after, hit me up and we can discuss.
I'm looking for a business partner with integrator/marketing expertise

If I wanted to trade in human misery and predatory tactics, I’d probably just become a politician TBH.
