I’m interested in opening an account at another bank, such as Chase, Capital One, or another credit union. I currently have Blaze Credit Union and Huntington, but with Huntington, I only have a checking account. I also want to open a savings account, but they require x amount to deposited right away because it’s a high-yield savings account, and I don’t have that amount. Blaze is okay, but when I get paid and spend money, it won’t update until much later compared to other banks like Huntington or Chase which are instant and blaze doesnt offer 2 day early pay which isn't a big deal for me.
I’m also looking at credit cards. My father, who has a credit score of over 800, said he would co-sign for me. I’m considering the Costco Credit Card, Chase Sapphire Credit Card, or Amex Blue Cash Everyday. What do you all recommend for everyday use with good cashback benefits?

thoughts on apple credit card? it just seems like an okay credit card imo what are you thoughts and experiences with it?
A credit card is not like a car loan, your father cannot “co-sign” on a credit card application (I guess a lender could theoretically offer this but I’ve never heard of it).
What card works best for you will depend on your spending habits which you didn’t tell us, but for beginners I would recommend a 1.5%-2% cashback card as the economics on those typically beat out specialized cards if you’re using it for all your purchases (once you have that card, you can look into specialized cards to go on top next time you apply for credit).

This is not a thing with credit cards. And if you mean being an authorized user on his credit card, that would not help build your personal credit history.
For a first ever credit card you’ll probably be looking at student cards and secured cards, and some cards from more lenient lenders like Discover / Capital One.
Wells Fargo autograph. No annual fee, has decent multipliers for day to day use except for grocery
