What would you want to get out of a real estate media company?

Hey guys!

I am starting a media company for real estate (this is not an ad) and I was wondering if I can get some opinions?

I'm mostly focused on creating social media content for agents as well as taking photos of listings, but I am eventually going to branch out to drone shots and 3-d walk throughs as well.

I'm planning on selling it all as packages but you can add or drop services you want or don't want.

My questions are:

How much would you pay (if you would) for the someone creating 3-5 reels of a listing?

Would you be more willing to buy if it was packaged in with photos? (so instead of 300 for photos, 400 for photos and 5 reels)

Would you and around how much would you pay for a coaching session for your social pages?

Would you be willing to pay for someone posting daily videos on your socials? If so around how much do you think would be fair?

Is there any other services that you would want to see media wise?
