I recently started a company trying to help local business around me with their online presence. I do more than website design, but generally website is my in for getting the conversation started with businesses.
While doing this, I created a tool that helps me rank potential clients along with their info. It saves me a lot of time, so I'm assuming other people might be interested in something similar.
I was wondering if anyone had any tips for marketing and getting this tool Infront of other people who might find it useful. Should I buy Google ads to help me with outreach, or is there a better approach?
I created a tool to help me find websites that would potentially need a redesign, but I'm not sure how to market it.

This tool is good for personal benefit but I don’t think so it’s a viable product. But yeah if you wanna try, sell it as SaaS to developers or marketing agencies. I would say if you try marketing it as a software that helps you generate more leads.
Its always hard to market that first product and google ads can get expensive real quick.
I actually had the same problem a while back I had an app and was struggling to get it off the ground found reddit to be a real hidden gem for finding users but man it was like searching for a needle in a haystack trying to find the right conversations to jump into.
So I ended up building a tool that kinda automates that process for me It basically scans Reddit, Twitter, and even LinkedIn now for relevant convos and sends you a notification when someones talking about something that could use my product.
It started as just something for me but I figured other people might find it useful too. Maybe it could help you surface the right conversations about website design needs and potential clients?
