C-5/6 replacement, carpal tunnel release. $250k policy limit, $102k ERISA medical subro, $72k lost wages (very hands on, heavy lifting construction job) $50k in other bills (including physical therapy and nerve therapy appointments). I’m sure will reach policy limit, is negotiating ERISA a possibility, since there’s limited room for pain and suffering and future medical treatment. Or is their subro guaranteed what they paid.
