Fasten Rewards Visa Card, Is It All It Claims?

For those that don’t know this card is like Bilt but for car loans. Basically you spend $500 a month (with 3x points on auto insurance and gas as one category) and then in return get 3x points on your auto loan. I am seriously considering getting this card since I am currently getting 0 points back on my auto loan but wanted an update from people who have since it’s been around for a year. My question is are there any downsides, how is their customer service, are you consistently getting the points back they claim, etc. Thank y’all in advance.
