I’m a relatively new hard money lender in metro Augusta GA looking to connect with more investors. We have a monthly REIA meetup and weekly lunch but it’s same folks and no new faces. Any alternative tactics you’d recommend?

Have you tried posting in local Facebook groups or Nextdoor? Sometimes the investors who aren’t going to meetups are hanging out there instead
Also BiggerPockets has location-based forums that might help you connect with Augusta folks who are more active online
