I pull 100k+ from a productized service plus a few recurring offers.
**Batch content weekly**, use an AI social manager for ideas and scheduling, and hire one part time person to handle ops so you can focus on selling.

**Building a personal brand** is key to unlocking that 100k+ income as an entrepreneur.
I’ve seen people kill it in the digital space by creating consistent, high-quality content across all their social media platforms.
This helps them build a loyal following and establish themselves as authorities in their niche, which can lead to more opportunities and revenue streams.

I own restaurants and food trucks and other food service concepts (culinary director at a retreat center as an example) and I make bank doing restaurant consulting
I get bored so I’ll sling pans around for someone else every once in a while for “free” money that I use towards a nice vacation, but I’m not killing myself working on a line 80 hours a week anymore
I’m currently pumping money into a company I cofounded that is acquiring and developing land for data centers — it makes me feel a little slimey so I’m hoping someone buys me out for that

Trade skills- commercial painting during summer (also lawn maintenance) and snow removal during winter. Easy money, well over $120k this year.

**Focus on recurring revenue and systems.**
Most folks doing 100k+ sell something scalable or productized, build repeatable sales processes, and outsource the busywork.
Automating content and outreach with an AI social manager keeps a steady pipeline without you doing everything.

Thanks – that’s really nice of you. The majority of my experience with games is with helping maintain and patch others’ premade games. I made one game from scratch for one of my first clients, who became a good friend. It’s a SwiftUI game, it’s sort of like Pictionary , but you draw a multiple choice question and send it to your friends. Other games I have worked on include children’s games, crossword puzzles, I did a port of the Unity Lego Microgame to iOS (worked on a Roblox-style controller) and NASA WeatherSatsAR (more a museum tour than a game).

Consulting for small businesses (blue collar / service industry). I started and run a landscaping company, then started helping and then having people offer to pay for time to help them. I enjoy the numbers / business side of things so it was a natural transition.

Solo home inspector here, was able to break the 100k mark by year two. Have been growing every year since very slow growth mindset, I don’t push paid marketing or try to grow employee wise. Just word of mouth/referrals that’s keeps me growing at my own pace so I can enjoy the kids while they are young and volunteer at the school/town functions to be present. Prior to my own gig I worked 60-80 weeks every weekend and holidays except Christmas. As hard and stressful(different type of stress when it’s all on you) as it can be to succeed at your own thing, it’s always worth taking the chance! Best of luck!
