      Most places I’ve worked at just throw more software at the problem until something sticks lol. But honestly reordering becomes the biggest pain once you hit a certain volume – you’re either constantly out of stock or sitting on too much inventory eating into cash flow

    2. From my experience, reordering gets the hardest as you scale. Stock tracking and invoicing are mostly process-driven, but predicting demand, managing lead times, and avoiding stockouts or overstock becomes tricky fast. Automating alerts and using inventory software helps, but it’s still a constant balancing act.
