If you have an active MTR in DFW, I’d love to hear about your experience. What kind of occupancy rates are you seeing these days? Which neighborhoods or cities have worked best for you?

Been running a couple MTRs in Plano and Richardson for about 2 years now – occupancy has been solid around 85-90% but you gotta stay on top of pricing adjustments monthly. Corporate housing demand is legit out here with all the tech companies, just make sure you’re furnished well and have decent internet because these business travelers will roast you in reviews over slow wifi
