Citi Strata Premier to Custom Cash confirmed (12/23/25)

I called Citi and they converted my Citi Strata Premier to another Custom Cash since my annual fee posted a few weeks back. The customer service representative stated the AF would be refunded within the next 1-2 billing cycles. This is now my 3rd Citi Custom Cash. Team 5% Cashback, FTW! 😆
