We’re interested in a builder home that will be completed March 2026. It’s already in progress so we don’t get to choose options. Aside from closing costs or rate buy down, are there any other upgrade concessions we could ask the builder for? Never bought a new build so unsure of what’s common or a total wild ask. The home already is “upgraded” with blinds, washer, dryer, fridge as well as garage door opener and multiple remotes plus front yard landscaping.
