Will my parents know about my diagnosis?

Hi! So I’m currently at college and I’ve had a lot of suspicion over the years that I have autism. I’ve always wanted to be tested to ease my mind and confirm weather I do or not but, I do not want my parents to know that I got diagnosed or went through the process of trying to get diagnosed. The only way I can get this done is by using insurance, as I am very broke (college!). So, I wanted to know if I could use the insurance without my parents knowledge of what I am getting diagnosed with/the fact that I’m getting diagnosed at all. Thanks!
