It's a good decision if it is not sabotaged by the unscrupulous leaders that doesn't want progress for the Country.
Buying fuel cheaply to fuel cars isn’t really a game changer, some Countries are moving towards EV as well and many Countries can adapt easily to their use. They need to sort out power supply generation and distribution to create manufacturing.
