Did I mess up student loan application?

I'm applying for student loans through UW Credit Union as a student at the University of Wisconsin, and I am not sure if I screwed up on my application. A little over a week ago I got an email, which I will copy:

The Final Disclosure for your UW Credit Union Student Loan is now available. Please view the Final Disclosure, which includes important details about your loan and repayment, by visiting our website and logging in to your account.

You have a right to cancel this transaction, without penalty, by midnight on 12/22/2025. No funds will be disbursed to you or to your school until after this time.

Was that date the deadline to review my loan disclosure and since I waited too long, the application expired? Also, on my application on the UW website, I don't see my final disclosure, and I'm worried its because I waited too long. It says my loan is still in progress but still. I'm really nervous because I can't afford to mess this up again, any thoughts?
