Can I get a few ballpark figures for a settlement negotiation amount?
-I was involved in an accident on a Saturday where the driver at fault rear ended vehicle A, and vehicle A rear ended me
-the rear damage to my car is not terrible and my car is drivable
-the insurance of the driver at fault will cover my repairs and a rental during the repair time
-although my leg and neck were a bit sore, I decided to go into work that Monday
-it’s been almost a week and I’m just slightly sore, but nothing worth seeing a doctor for
EDIT: I did get a medical offer between 2k-3k, but haven’t accept yet. Just wanted to see what’s typical for these circumstances.

If it’s nothing and you didn’t see a Doctor and you didn’t miss work, your medical settlement will most likely be zero.
Your settlement for the damage will be what is costs to repair the car.
Take the 2-3k and run. It is more than what is deserved. You didn’t see a doctor and went to work the next day. Come on. The lottery did not hit you.
