I am small business owner who has been trying to make the jump.
The hustling has reduced the quality of my life and discipline. I try to push as much as I physically can. Sleeping, eating basically all habits have taken a hit.
I know this is not healthy in the long run but I want to grow and I don't know how to stay sane while putting in the extra work.
I really want my personal productivity and creativity to flow at this point but it is diminishing.
If I try to take care of myself, my goals take a hit an if I focus on goals, I feel like I will drain myself completely.
Please suggest a way out of this loop.
Personal Productivity, the real deal

Use a tool like tick tick to schedule your todos and work.
Delegate ruthlessly to ppl and software. Automate automate automate the processes.
Growth does not come by you working non stop. It comes by ideas and strategy.

Understand that it’s better to stay consistent at 7 to 8 hours of work a day rather than doing 12 one day and 5 the next with low energy.
You need an enemy you can learn from and put all your hate and boredom into, or you already have one you just don’t know how to manage it. Most people use god as a weapon, tell stories about Satan for power whether they’re trying to be political or just pastime.
