My car was parked in front of my house and an Amazon driver backed out of the neighbors driveway really fast and backed into my car. She ran then returned an hour and a half later with police. they did not ticket her. I was told to go through her insurance. since the damage is on the front of my car and the back of her car they are saying I’m at fault and I rear ended her. although my car was parked with no one inside. I was asleep at the time and woke up when I heard the collision. they have a police report where she admitted she backed into my parked car. now they are wanting my insurance or they are going to sue me.

Use punctuation.
Who are all the ‘they’s here? I’m confused.
If she admitted it to the Police then that should be made available to the insurance companies. I suspect you mean the ‘they’ who are saying you are at fault and wanting your insurance details is the Amazon driver or Amazon themselves?
Have you been given their insurance details? Do you have their name, number plate etc? I would tell your own insurance about it then let them sort it out and contact her/Amazon themselves.
Do you or any neighbours have doorbell, CCTV or dashcam footage of it? It may have been overwritten already so I’d ask around quickly.
You send this off to your insurance to let them deal with, that’s what you pay them for.
Good chance it’s commercial insurance on their end which is the worst. Do document what you can grab ringcam footage etc to have to your insurance.
Send it to your insurance and let them sort it out. The police report will matter. Is there any video? Maybe from neighbors with a ring or other doorbell?
Should be easy to resolve.. the Amazon driver was there for a reason. They probably JUST dropped off a package at that time. Amazon vans also have camera everywhere to monitor the drivers (make sure they’re driving safe and doing their work).
I don’t know who “they” are but you should report this to your insurance and provide a copy of the police report to both sides insurance. Should be an easy solve.
If you have collision coverage on your policy, file a claim and let them deal with her. Commercial policies are a pain on the ass to deal with anyway. If you don’t, then you’ll have to go thru them for your damages because your insurance can’t help you with that. But if the other party comes after you, saying you’re liable, your insurance will defend you.
